Irrfan Khan, Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Jazbaa’ to Release Before Diwali

Director Sanjay Gupta’s action drama “Jazbaa,” which marks the Bollywood comeback of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after a gap of five years, is all set to hit theaters Oct. 9.
The film, which is currently being shot in Mumbai, also stars Irrfan Khan, Shabana Azmi, Abhimanyu Singh, Atul Kulkarni, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.
“Let the countdown begin! ‘Jazbaa’ releases October 9th, 2015,” Gupta posted on Twitter.
“Jazbaa” is written by Kamlesh Pandey and Robin Bhatt.

Karan Johar: I Am Excited To Direct Anushka Sharma And Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Director Karan Johar is all set for directing his next Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which would go on floors soon.

On Thursday, at the red carpet of HT Most Stylish Awards Karan Johar said that he is excited for the film and more over working with Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
He said, “I can’t wait to direct Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan because they are the girls with whom I have not worked at all. I am Very excited.”
Also Karan Johar is set to produce Shakun Batra’s “Kapoor & Sons” starring Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan. Rumours say that Alia Bhatt and Sidharth will play the role of brother and sister, Karan Johar said that there is triangular love in the film. Fawad and Sidharth will play the role of brothers, and nobody is related to them.
“It is very stylish film, the cast is stylish. We are excited about the film,” he added.

Deepika, Sonam, Aishwarya sizzle at HT Most Stylish Awards

Aishwarya Rai finally getting time for the glamorous world after responsibilities towards her princess Aaradhya, fans are always eager to get a glimpse of the actress. On Thursday, HT Most Stylish Awards were held and Mrs. Bachchan graced the event with her presence. Bollywood is seen at its best at such events and this event was no exception. The beauties grabbed attention with their breath-taking beauty and flawless looks. Several actresses were seen flaunting exquisite garbs on the occasion.

Her hair was neatly tied in a bun and she couldn’t look more perfect with red lipstick and the eye-caching flare of the white gown. Shradddha Kapoor was awarded Reader’s Choice Award (Female). This damsel wore a short dress by Paolo Sebastian. She sported Escada pumps, Gehna earrings and clutch by Forever New. As expected, Sonam Kapoor was honored with Most Stylish Bollywood Actress of the Year. She chose a gorgeous pastel gown from the collection- Elie Saab’s Resort 2015. Aditi Rao Hydari went bold with a black cutout gown. With Deme by Gabriella, she flaunted side slit at the leg.  Her Outhouse necklace added to the remarkable looks.

Sonakhi Sinha was another one to choose white for the evening. She put on a metallic belt with a Nishka Lulla gown and looked most elegant in a neat hair-do by Princess Leia. Gauhar Khan rightfully earned the title of Most Stylish TV Personality of the Year. She in fact looked the most stylish in a gown from the 2014 collection of Pankaj & Nidhi. The black pants were accompanied by heavy embroidery and the lady looked the smartest of all in her high heels, Prerto earrings and a plait- making a dynamic influence as she walked the red carpet.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shoots for Jazbaa

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is shooting for her comeback film Jazbaa was recently spotted shooting at a place called Dongar in Andheri. Dongar is known to be a scrap yard for cars and machinery and not really a convenient place for a shoot. Despite it being a dingy place, Aishwarya had no qualms shooting at the place.

She is a thorough professional when it comes to her work and even walked three-four kms to the location as vehicles cannot pass through it easily. "The makers were prepared to construct a set, but since the film is shot in real locations in Mumbai, Aishwarya decided to shoot there and not in a studio keeping in mind the feel of the film," says a source. Security was beefed up for Aishwarya when she shot at Dongar.

Jazbaa directed by Sanjay Gupta will see the actress playing a lawyer and Irrfan Khan, a suspended cop.

Heroine’ Director Shocked by Aishwarya Rai’s Pregnancy

While it seemed that the whole of India and the entire Bollywood industry was happy at the news of Aishwarya Rai’s pregnancy, she and husband Abhishek Bachchan were trying for four years after all, her ‘Heroine’ director is revealing his ‘bitterness’ over the entire thing.
Director Madhur Bhandarkar said he is in a state of ‘shock’ after his ambitious project Heroine came to a halt following lead actress, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s pregnancy. Bhandarkar broke his silence and said the truth about the Rai’s pregnancy was “hidden” from the filmmakers.
Bhandarkar said on his blog, “Today, I am sitting alone in my office after the plugs being pulled off from my film Heroine. My conscience stands clear as I have been honest to my craft irrespective of the repercussions. No which way would I have trampled my dream project on which I have given my sweat and blood for almost 1-1/2 years. This was going to be my most ambitious project of my career.”
He added, “The entire event would not have taken place if on the onset the actress would have informed the state of her health and impending maternity. The truth was hidden from us. We learnt about the entire thing from news channels like the rest of the world that the said actress was four-months pregnant and she was due in November.”
Is he sour-graping or bitter or what? The Bachchan couple had been trying to start a family for years, I am most certain they did not purposely or intentionally plan on getting pregnant while the wife was working on Bhandarkar’s ‘masterpiece’ – it just happened.

Aishwarya Rai gets back on dance floor for 'Jazbaa'

It seems Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is not going to disappoint her fans with her serious, business-like avatar in her come-back movie.
The beautiful dancing diva will exhume some of her graceful moves on-screen.
Ever since Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's 'Jazbaa' was announced to the public, anticipations have been running high among her fandom in particular, and the audience in general.
Despite a tight story, which doesn't provide any scope for a song or dance in this Sanjay Gupta film, news has it that Aishwarya will be seen in a promotional song.
An insider confirmed the same to an Indian newspaper that the script is such that there's no room for any song.
