Why is 'Jazbaa' Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Learning Arabic?

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sanjay Gupta together are doing all they can to make the former beauty queen's comeback film "Jazbaa" a success, and this explains why the actress is all set to learn Arabic.
A few days ago it was announced that the action-thriller would be released in UAE and so Aishwarya has reportedly taken it upon herself to dub in Arabic for her voice in the film.
According to a Deccan Chronicle report, she wasn't okay with someone else giving the voiceover as it would destroy her performance. However, this development is in stark contrast to what Sanjay had said earlier on. Talking to DNA about the UAE release, the filmmaker mentioned a popular company is scouting for the best dubbing artists and the work will begin as and when they find a suitable one.
"The end credit song (the title track), composed by Sachin-Jigar, will be shot with a top Arabic singer there after which we will release it also as a promotional video in Arabia. We are still to shoot the Hindi track. For the dubbing bit, Zee has shortlisted some companies and will be selecting from the best vocal talent they have. Jazbaa is a bilingual, but not the typical kind!," he told the leading daily.
To be released in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Yemen, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and across other Arab countries, "Jazbaa" has already gained sufficient traction with its trailer, which has garnered close 5 million views on YouTube in less than a week.
Slated for a 9 October release, the film also stars Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi in key roles.

Mithun Chakraborty inspired Irrfan Khan to join cinema

It may come as a jolt to many but it is true. Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, regarded as one of the finest actors both in Bollywood and Hollywood has candidly confessed that his source of inspiration for joining Indian Cinema was neither thespian Dilip Kumar or star of millennium Amitabh Bachchan or actor par excellence Naseerudin Shah, instead he was bowled over by the histrionics of Mithun Chakraborty and decided to make a career in films.
Present on the TV reality show ‘Dance India Dance 5’ to promote his latest upcoming movie Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer JAZBAA, Irrfan opened his heart out.

"The actor who left me mesmerized with his mind-blowing performance was Mithun Da. When I saw his National Award-winning film MRIGAYAA, in which Mithun Da played a tribal youth engaged in hunting to such perfection that I began aspiring to become an actor," he informed.
He added, "After MRIGAYAA, I became obsessed with Mithun Da and would try to copy dada’s style from his hair style to his dialogue delivery to his walking style and spend long hours to perfect myself."
However one thing that Irrfan Khan could not master was Mithun Chakraborty’s sensational dancing steps which incidentally made Mithun Chakraborty a star!
Lamenting on not being able to ape Mithun Chakraborty’s dancing style Irrfan Khan said, "Though I mastered dada’s acting and dialogue style but alas I could not copy dada’s original Disco Dancer's killer dance moves that I never attempted as I consider myself to have been born with two left feet."

Jazbaa: Why not a comeback for Aishwarya Rai

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who will be seen in the big screen after a break of five years, refuses to accept that her upcoming action-drama film Jazbaa as her comeback vehicle. The bollywood diva said she does not feel or see that she has been absent and claimed that all working women will agree that time flies by.

In this Sanjay Gupta’s directorial, the 41-year-old actress is sharing the screen space with Irrfan Khan who recently appeared in the Hollywood film, Jurassic World. Jazbaa: Last scene between Aishwarya Rai and Irrfan being shot today

As Sanjay Gupta comes closer to wrapping up the shoot of his film ‘Jazbaa’, the director is feeling sad.

The sadness is understandably over the imminent end of the beautiful creative journey that the entire 'Jazbaa' team including the cast and the crew were part of over the last many months.

While Sanjay Gupta is ready to release the film’s trailer on August 25, he is also busy shooting the last scene between Aishwarya Rai and Irrfan Khan in the movie.

In ‘Jazbaa’, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays a lawyer who is blackmailed into defending a murderer. Irrfan Khan plays a suspended cop.

Good news: Aishwarya Rai’s 'Jazbaa' trailer release preponed

Here’s something to cheer up the fans of Aishwarya Rai who have been waiting for the trailer of ‘Jazbaa’ with a bated breath.

The ‘Jazbaa’ trailer was originally set to release on August 15, but it was not ready on time and the fans had to make do with a motion poster. The trailer was postponed to August 27.

Director Sanjay Gupta was aware that the fans aren’t happy with his decision to postpone the trailer. So to make up, he has decided to prepone its release by two days.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan following Salman Khan?

Many of the stars in the tinsel town, after proving their mettle in the industry with their acting are taking a step ahead by trying their hand in singing, one of them being ‘Dabangg’ Salman Khan. After making his singing debut in ‘Kick’, the actor sung yet another track in ‘Hero’. Looks like his ex-flame Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is following him as she will reportedly croon to a track in her comeback flick ‘Jazbaa’!

Ash would sing a song in the film and if reports are to be believed, makers of the film are very keen to have track recorded in her voice. However, Mrs Bachchan is not sure about the same, as she thinks that she would not do justice to the track.

The tweet from the filmmaker does not make it clear that whether the film will have a track sung by Ash or not, but yes there is definitely as surprise for the audience. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Jazbaa trailer preponed to August 25!

The trailer was earlier supposed to come out on August 27, however director Sanjay Gupta prepones it by 2 days…

There is a lot of buzz surrounding Jazbaa and it isn’t dying down at all. The buzz started around January when the whole cast had a script reading and then the Cannes preview created an even bigger hypes. Though the film is complete and the posters have been out, there hasn’t been a sign of the theatrical trailer. However, we can now confirm that the trailer will be released on August 25.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Running Against Time

Beauty queen Aishwarya Rai has been missing from the silver screen since quite some time, which is why her comeback movie Jazbaa is making a lot of buzz in the social circle, even before the release of its theatrical trailer.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the movie would star Irrfan, Shabana Azmi, Atul Kulkarni and John Abraham in supporting roles. When will Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's 'Jazbaa' trailer release?

The first look posters of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback film Jazbaa is already out and from the very looks of it, we can tell that Jazbaa looks to be a gritty and edgy action thriller of sorts. But while the posters have been released one after the other, there's no sign of the trailer. But now we have got some exclusive news for you.
Says a source, "Sanjay Gupta was planning to release the trailer sometime earlier. But now, the trailer will be attached to the prints of Abhishek Bachchan's All is Well." Obviously it was Junior Bachchan who suggested the idea.
Abhishek who has watched the trailer is simply blown over by Gupta's presentation and his lovely biwi's action avatar. Aishwarya will be seen performing gruelling action sequences and stunts for the film that is scheduled for an October 9 release.
As of now, the trailer will be out on digital forums one day before the release of the Abhishek-Asin starrer. Sushmita Sen's comeback matches Aishwarya Rai's

Sushmita Sen is back. The actress is also making a comeback into the limelight at the same time when her contemporary and former rival, Aishwarya Rai is making a comeback to films with Jazbaa.
Sush had pipped Ash to the post in the Miss India contest and eventually gone on to win the Miss Universe contest. Ash won the Miss World contest and made her debut in films. Sushmita was a reluctant movie star and has had more screenplays about her relationships than films.

But now the actress will be seen as a judge on a TV show involving comedy. Quite a deviation from her serious characters in films, one would presume. Sush however, declines that there is a paradigm shift of nature.

But Sush has been having emotional moments judging the show. “I may like a particular performer, but if he or she has not done well during a said day, the performer needs to be eliminated. I have had such moments on the show,” she says.
In real life what works her up and gets her emotional is the way people behave with women. A strong exponent of women’s causes, Sushmita hates it when women are ill treated. “It is seriously disturbing when women are made the object of hate and then troubled. It is not just in India, but the rest of the world too,” says the actress.
Sushmita believes that she was never away. “My daughter’s name is Renee. I adopted her when I was 24. I guess, she has given me a lot of happiness since then. Renee means rebirth and I have multiple rebirths, but I never go away,” she signs off.

Aishwarya Rai voted ‘yummiest mummy’, Katrina Kaif seen as future yummy mummy

Aishwarya Rai has been voted as the Yummiest Mummy, while Katrina Kaif has been voted as likely to be the next Yummy Mummy in Bollywood, according to a survey conducted AC Neilsen among expectant couples.
Aishwarya Rai with 72% votes voted as Yummiest mummy in Bollywood, while 40% new and expecting mothers and fathers mentioned Katrina Kaif as likely to be the next yummy mummy.
In previous year too, Rai had been voted as the Yummiest Mummy. The first edition of Yummy Mummy survey had Shilpa Shetty topping the charts in 2013.
Aishwarya Rai had been much criticized for letting herself gain weight in the aftermath of her pregnancy a couple of years ago. However, Rai has silenced her critics by almost going back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
This survey was conducted across 11 cities of India on 1100 people with 100 people from each city.
The Couple Abhishek & Aishwarya has been voted as ‘Yummy Parents’ of Bollywood with 77% votes.
Voters also added that, “Abhishek bachchan is standing out as a role model for young fathers and fathers-to-be.”
The survey also revealed that,92% of the husbands,expecting to be father wants their wife to look the way she used to look before pregnancy. 89%  of new dads and expecting to be agree that they actively take steps to make their wife a Yummy Mummy.

After Shahrukh Khan, now Aishwarya Rai not allowed in Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai

Aishwarya Rai and her team have been denied permission to work at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The stadium authorities refused to allow Aishwarya's team as IPL match will be played at the same venue.
Shoot for Bollywood director Sanjay Gupta's movie Jazbaa, for which the actress has been working,  has been cancelled as they did not get permission at the stadium. [Spotted: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan At Jazbaa Shooting Spot]

According to sources, the team had got the permission to shoot at the stadium but later Wankhede authorities revoked the permission for IPL 8 match between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Kings XI Punjab.
Earlier Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan was denied entry into the same stadium following one scuffle between the actor and a security guard in 2012.

The Commission has said that Shah Rukh used foul words and abused the MCA officials in open where kids were also around. It has ordered the police to register FIR under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2006.

Aishwarya Rai says sweet things about Manish Malhotra

Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai says Manish Malhotra is a fashion designer who has stayed focused throughout his career to reach where he is today.

Aishwarya was the showstopper for Manish Malhotra on the final day of the Amazon India Couture Week 2015 in New Delhi.

In this video by Vogue India, Aishwarya heaps praise on Manish Malhotra.

“I just realized I first met him in 1993, that’s 22 years ago. That time he was just starting out, and he’d made clothes for a commercial of mine and that’s where we met. It think it’s just amazing how he has pursued (his calling) with absolute conviction and focused direction,” Aishwarya Rai says in the video.

You will see me more often now: Aishwarya Rai

It’s been five years since Aishwarya Rai’s last film Guzaarish released. Now, the actress is set to make a comeback to the silver screen with director Sanjay Gupta’s film Jazbaa.

She says her fans will see more of her now.

“You will see it (me) more often now,” the 41-year-old said on the sidelines of the Amazon India Couture Week in Delhi on Sunday. She was the showstopper for designer Manish Malhotra.

Aishwarya Rai’s comeback film ‘Jazbaa’ will release in October. A major part of the film has been shot and the last leg is scheduled soon.

“It's lovely working with everyone in 'Jazbaa' as the cast is so wonderful. From Irrfan Khan to Shabana-ji (Shabana Azmi), everyone was lovely. I never felt the gap,” Aishwarya Rai said.

After ‘Jazbaa’, Aishwarya Rai will be work in Karan Johar’s film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and Sujoy Ghosh’s yet untitled next.
